Due to a move abroad, I’m reluctantly selling my lovely, peaceful two-bedroom flat in the centre of Histon, so if you’ve been searching in vain for an affordable accommodation solution in the constantly booming Cambridgeshire property market, maybe it could be a good fit for you?

Always a popular village, in recent years demand for property in Histon has skyrocketed, and living here is sadly becoming an increasingly unaffordable option for many people. You might not have considered purchasing a retirement property, but you could be missing out!
